How We Started
1996

Ronnie Mesriani founded Digital Room Inc. in 1996.

2001

In 2001 Digital Room Inc. launched several niche printing website.

2005

In 2005, DRI launched UPrinting.com which carried all product lines.

2011

In 2011, DRI expanded to a 60,000 sq feet facility in Van Nuys, CA.

2012

In 2012 PrintRunner, an online printing company in Chatsworth, CA joined the DRI Network.
You Print site was launched. DRI Sites were rebranded..

Executive Team
COMPANY LEADER
Adam Berger

Adam joined DRI in 2011 and has transformed the company from founder/entrepreneurial management to professional and metrics driven management. Prior to DRI, Adam was Chairman and CEO of Spark Networks, Inc. (NYSE: LOV), a publicly traded parent of online dating sites such as JDate and ChristianMingle, where he led a similar transformation leading to a tripling of Spark’s market capitalization. Prior to Spark, Adam was CEO of WeddingChannel.com Inc., an online bridal and gift registry, backed by Macy’s, MacAndrews and Forbes, Kleiner Perkins and others. Adam sold WeddingChannel to TheKnot in 2006 for $86 million. After earning a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, Adam started his career at The Procter and Gamble Company first in product development and then in brand management. He left P&G to earn an MBA from the Harvard Business School and worked for the Boston Consulting Group during and following completion of his MBA. Adam has been a director of several public and private companies.

PRODUCT LEADER
Shane Clark

Shane joined DRI in 2012 and has restructured the Company’s global product development organization into an agile team culture and has steadily increased the rate of innovation since joining. Shortly after joining DRI, Shane played a critical role in launching our newest product line and has since led the transformation of our online portfolio of sites from simple storefronts into rich and engaging online experiences. Prior to joining DRI, Shane was Director of Product Management at Rosetta Stone (NYSE: RST). At Rosetta Stone, Shane led teams in the US and Asia responsible for the development and delivery of numerous technology-based learning solutions. Prior to Rosetta Stone, Shane held Senior Product Management positions at Ancestry.com (NASDAQ: ACOM) a market leader in online family history. While at Ancestry.com, Shane led several strategic product development initiatives. Prior to joining Ancestry.com, Shane held key Product Management positions at Verio, Inc., Excite@Home, Inc. and LearnKey, Inc. Shane holds a BA in Marketing and Spanish from Southern Utah University.

MARKETING LEADER
Sam Nam

Sam joined DRI in 2008 and has built and led a 35 person onshore / offshore team to drive the our customer acquisition efforts through SEO and SEM. Sam relocated to our Manila, Philippines office in 2011 and transformed the acquisition marketing department from content development and word of mouth driven acquisition to analytically driven acquisition. Prior to DRI, Sam attended La Sierra University and earned a BA in Business Administration while working at Gravity Corp. (NASDAQ: GRVY), a South Korean video game corporation primarily known for the development of the MMORPG Ragnarok Online.
