Being part of this company for quite a long time now has made me realize how small efforts can bring out something big and how mistakes can become opportunities to learn and grow. Here, we CONTRIBUTE because we have something to give, not because we have to give something; we REINVENT not just what we do, but also what we are; and we don't SEE RESULTS as the end game, but yet another start.
In my over 5 years with the company, I’ve spent most of my time streamlining our core processes. We made improvements that have significantly reduced call handling and order processing times. We diligently measure the results of these enhancements. As someone who started out as a customer service representative for the company, I wouldn’t trade my experience here for anything.
I didn't know what I was truly capable of until Digital Room took me in, 8 years ago. In this company, your CONTRIBUTION really pays off. Who you know or where you've been does not matter. The RESULTS do. It's rare that you see a company in the Philippines take the idea of a meritocracy seriously. Here, it's not just a thing we say, but something we live and breathe every day
I feel privileged to be one of the few who have witnessed the growth of this company. From a handful number of employees 8 years ago to a corporation employing hundreds. We used to have simple processes but now we are utilizing state of the art tools and innovations to keep up with the adrenaline-fueled demand of the market. There will always be opportunities for us to improve in our relentless pursuit of perfection.
I started in the Marketing department three years ago, doing everything from building links to running social media campaigns. We ran different campaigns, and tried crazy strategies to acquire customers. But as the company grew, I became more logical and datacentric when making decisions while thinking of what's best for our customers. The learning opportunities are simply endless - and I’m hooked.
I joined the company on June 2009 as a graphic designer, and by the end of that year I was promoted to department manager. I’m blessed to be able to work with a company that is willing to invest and understands the business value of design, in addition to recognizing talent, skills and contributions to improving customer experience. I work in a fun environment with creative professionals who are on the top of their game. It’s a place I can call home.
Throughout my stay I witnessed the growth of the company. We tried different sets of rules. Some worked, and some didn't – and we try to change those. Despite the adjustments, I remained positive. I can confidently say that DRI is reputable and stable--- a place where I vow to stay and continue my professional growth for as long as I can.
I started as graphic designer, and the company had grown big in my 6 years. This growth had taught me things not only on my career but also on how I deal with people. The technology we use on the proofing process makes us more efficient in providing high quality designs for the clients’ needs. Our processes help us to constantly improve, to better tackle problems and to have the best results on our everyday goal.
I had foreseen my growth from the day I joined WebPros. I started as a Customer Service Representative and eventually was promoted as a Team Lead. Career development and growth are the things that I was looking for, and I found it here at WebPros. This company has brought a lot of change in my life and in my career – as an individual and as a professional.
The company has taught me a lot in four years. From content marketing, developing sites, corporate branding and other campaigns, I was able to reinvent myself through time with the projects that DRI entrusted to me. DRI allowed me to discover and explore my strengths and talents professionally. This company allowed me to contribute and see results of my own efforts.
